Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns in exchange for store credit of unused, undamaged merchandise received within 14 days of the purchase date.

Promotional Codes: seasonal promotional codes are eligible to be returned for store credit (with the exception of In The Blink Of An Eye Code and items listed as Sale, which are not eligible to be returned and are considered Final Sale).

Final Sale: In The Blink Of An Eye Code and items listed as Sale. Exclusive Special Orders / Custom Orders / Out of Stock Items that we get in specially for you. Pop Up Event/Trunk Show merchandise.

HOW TO RETURN
All returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization. Please email concierge@houseof29.com to obtain a return authorization form and a return authorization number.

All returns require prior email authorization and a return authorization number, which must be clearly listed on the outside of the package when returned. The return authorization form must be included inside the box.

The returned merchandise must be received within 14 days of the purchase date.

All merchandise must be in its original condition, original tags, unworn. Original packaging and gift boxes must be included when returning merchandise.

In the case of merchandise returns, shipping charges will not be refunded, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the shipper, except in cases of mistakes by House of 29. All returns require prior email authorization and a return authorization number, which must be clearly listed on the outside of the package as well as any enclosed paperwork when returned.

House of 29 cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our receipt. Items returned without authorization and void of a return authorization number and return authorization form will not be eligible for the exchange of store credit applicable to the amount of the original purchase.

Once you have your return authorization number (be sure to write it on the outside of the box) and your return authorization form (filled out and printed in the box), please ship the package back to:

In the event that House of 29 receives the merchandise back and it is not in its original condition or form, or, it shows any wear and tear then House of 29 has the right to not issue a store credit. If the merchandise is not in its original form, then House of 29 has the right to charge the customer for a portion or all of the item.
House of 29 can choose this option, of not issuing the store credit, or, any other option that is legally available to me.

REFUND OF A STORE CREDIT
The refund of store credit will be applied to the house account, which is stored in our computer data base, of the individual who placed the original order. An email will be sent confirming the issuance of the store credit to the individual who placed the original order. This store credit may only be used by, or, with the prior written authorization of, said individual. Once returned merchandise is received, the store credit will be immediately applied to the purchaser's house account.

The purchaser will then receive an email confirming the application of the store credit to the purchasers account.

Store credits remain in our database and have no expiration date.
