More specific fees for UPS Domestic Rates (within the contiguous USA not including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico):

If Saturday delivery is requested, this must be specified in our comments section upon checkout. This option is available only for domestic shipments via Ground, Second Day Air and Next Day Air and is only an available option via UPS to certain zip codes.

All orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will automatically be charged $35 for UPS Second Day Air.

Not included in the free-shipping offer are heavy and bulky items, additional shipping charges may apply to these items.

UPS does not ship to PO Boxes and military addresses. Please provide a physical address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are an important part of how we serve our customers around the world. Please note that custom, brokerage and import taxes are not included in the purchase price for international orders. You will be charged duties and taxes by the shipping provider when they deliver your order. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

WHO IS LIABLE FOR THE MERCHANDISE AS IT IS BEING SHIPPED?
House of 29 uses UPS as a carrier, unless otherwise specified.

For domestic and international shipments: we fully insure each order all the way to you, which means your shipment is risk-free in transit. For added security, we require a signature for all orders regardless of any signature waivers you may have with the shipping carrier.

Everything we ship domestically and internationally is completely insured via our third party insurer, or, UPS, respectively.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP
We do our very best to ship every in-stock items and orders within 24 hours of its being placed during our normal hours of operation. Our normal hours of operation are Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm. We are available for private appointments. We do offer extended holiday hours.

If a portion of your order is not currently available, we will contact you as soon as possible. 

Orders placed and received by 2 pm EST Tuesday-Friday should be shipped out that day.

Orders placed on or after 2pm EST Tuesdays-Thursday will begin processing for shipment the following business day.

Orders placed and received on or after 2pm EST Fridays-Mondays should be shipped out on Tuesday. 

Domestic Shipments:

The arrival of your order - if shipped via UPS Ground - will depend on your location, but please estimate about 1-7 business days from the day it is shipped.

UPS 2nd Day Air will arrive two business days after it is shipped. (If your order goes out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday.)

UPS Next Day Air will arrive the following business day after it has been shipped.

Saturday delivery must be specified and is only an available option via UPS to certain zip codes.

International Shipments (arrival depends upon customs clearance):

Canada: 2-3 business days after the package has been shipped.

Mexico: 3-4 business days after the package has been shipped.

Europe: 3-5 business days after the package has been shipped.

Asia and Latin America: 4-6 business days after the package has been shipped.

If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.

You can select to send a package to:
Billing Address- the same address as your billing address for your credit card
Shipping Address- an alternate address for you, or, if the item is a gift

Some of our items may be listed as available to exclusive special order, meaning it is ordered just for you, before it even hits our shelves! Making this item an exclusive!

CUSTOM ORDERS
If we order a piece in a different color, custom size, personalized (ie- all initial merchandise, merchandise containing numbers, monogrammed and engraved items), etc.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
An item that is currently sold out, however, no worries! We will gladly order this just for you!

 

Most Exclusive Special Orders, Custom Orders, Out of Stock Items take approximately 4-8 weeks to arrive to House of 29. Once we have the piece in-house, processing and delivery may take up to 2-5 days.

Availability for each piece is noted within the product description page, so be sure to shop accordingly if you need something by a specific date.

Payment in full is required at the time of checkout, all sales are final.

PAYMENT
House of 29 accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover. Please submit the correct billing address for your purchase. An incorrect billing address will result in refusal of shipment.

If for any reason the price of an item on the website is listed incorrectly, House of 29 has the right to refuse the order. We will contact you with the correct price, and if you approve, the adjustments to reflect the correct price will be either charged or refunded to your means of payment.

In the event that a customer files a chargeback with their credit card company in regards to an order from House of 29, House of 29 must receive the merchandise back in its original form within 7 days of filing the chargeback. If the merchandise is not in its original form, then House of 29 has the right to charge the customer for a portion or all of the item.
House of 29 can chose this option, of not issuing the store credit, or, any other option that is legally available to me.

There are no price adjustments.

SALES TAX
If the merchandise is being shipped outside of the State of New York the sale will be exempt from New York State sales tax.
If the merchandise is being shipped within the State of New York, then the sales tax for the appropriate New York State County (other other locality) will be accessed.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is placed and an order confirmation is generated an order is not able to be cancelled.

DISPUTE POLICY
If there is a dispute then a written notification must be sent to House of 29, located at 39 South Greeley Avenue, Chappaqua NY 10514, of what the customer believes the dispute to be. The customer must give House of 29 a reasonable time period to cure. The laws of New York State, venue of Westchester County apply. If within the jurisdiction of small claims court, then the claim must be filed within small claims court.

TRANSACTIONS
We reserve the right to request further identification for credit card processing on any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse any order placed with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same user account, credit card, and/or orders that use the same address information. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via email/address/phone number provided when the order was placed.

 

RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns in exchange for store credit of unused, undamaged merchandise received within 14 days of the purchase date.

Promotional Codes: seasonal promotional codes are eligible to be returned for store credit (with the exception of In The Blink Of An Eye Code and items listed as Sale, which are not eligible to be returned and are considered Final Sale).

Final Sale: In The Blink Of An Eye Code and items listed as Sale. Exclusive Special Orders / Custom Orders / Out of Stock Items that we get in specially for you. Pop Up Event/Trunk Show merchandise.

HOW TO RETURN
All returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization. Please email concierge@houseof29.com to obtain a return authorization form and a return authorization number.

All returns require prior email authorization and a return authorization number, which must be clearly listed on the outside of the package when returned. The return authorization form must be included inside the box.

The returned merchandise must be received within 14 days of the purchase date.

All merchandise must be in its original condition, original tags, unworn. Original packaging and gift boxes must be included when returning merchandise.

In the case of merchandise returns, shipping charges will not be refunded, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the shipper, except in cases of mistakes by House of 29. All returns require prior email authorization and a return authorization number, which must be clearly listed on the outside of the package as well as any enclosed paperwork when returned.

House of 29 cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our receipt. Items returned without authorization and void of a return authorization number and return authorization form will not be eligible for the exchange of store credit applicable to the amount of the original purchase.

Once you have your return authorization number (be sure to write it on the outside of the box) and your return authorization form (filled out and printed in the box), please ship the package back to:

In the event that House of 29 receives the merchandise back and it is not in its original condition or form, or, it shows any wear and tear then House of 29 has the right to not issue a store credit. If the merchandise is not in its original form, then House of 29 has the right to charge the customer for a portion or all of the item.
House of 29 can choose this option, of not issuing the store credit, or, any other option that is legally available to me.

REFUND OF A STORE CREDIT
The refund of store credit will be applied to the house account, which is stored in our computer data base, of the individual who placed the original order. An email will be sent confirming the issuance of the store credit to the individual who placed the original order. This store credit may only be used by, or, with the prior written authorization of, said individual. Once returned merchandise is received, the store credit will be immediately applied to the purchaser's house account.

The purchaser will then receive an email confirming the application of the store credit to the purchasers account.

Store credits remain in our database and have no expiration date.
